Shraddha Kapoor, alongside her father Shakti Kapoor, has acquired a luxury apartment in Mumbai for Rs 6.24 crore, according to documents accessed by Zapkey. The property, located in the prestigious Piramal Mahalaxmi South Tower, was registered on January 13, 2025.
The apartment spans a carpet area of 1042.73 sq ft, which includes two balconies, and the per square foot rate of the apartment is Rs 59,875. The seller of the property is Glyder Buildcon Realtors Private Limited, although both the actor and the real estate developer could not be reached for comment.
Piramal Mahalaxmi South Tower, known for its stunning views of the race course and the sea, offers both 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. The development has become a highly sought-after address in Mumbai’s luxury real estate market.
Shraddha, who is riding high on the success of her latest film Stree 2, had previously rented a luxury apartment in Juhu for Rs 6 lakh per month in 2024. In October last year, she also rented a massive 3928.86 sq ft apartment, paying an advance rent of Rs 72 lakh for the year.
Meanwhile, 2024 has been an incredible year for Shraddha, as Stree 2 raced ahead of the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Jawan to become the biggest hit in Hindi cinema before it was beaten by the Allu Arjun-starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule.
On the work front, the actress will reportedly star in the next installment of the Dhoom franchise alongside actor Ranbir Kapoor, with whom she worked in the 2023 film Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar.
