Sonam Kapoor experienced an emotional moment remembering her late friend and fashion designer, Rohit Bal, while walking the ramp. She shared a heartfelt tribute on social media, expressing her sorrow and honoring his memory through personal anecdotes. Kapoor also plans to return to acting with the film ‘Battle of Bittora’.

The renowned fashion designer passed away on November 1 last year. Sonam Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Kareena Kapoor, and many other celebrities expressed their sorrow on social media following his death.
Today, while walking the ramp, Sonam Kapoor remembered her late friend and fashion designer, leading her to break down in tears. Videos and pictures of the emotional moment are going viral on social media.

As Sonam walked the ramp in an off-white outfit, she became emotional while remembering Rohit Bal. She had worn his designs on many occasions, including weddings, and had also walked the ramp for him several times.
On November 1, Sonam Kapoor shared memories of working with the legendary fashion designer on her Instagram stories as she mourned his passing. She posted several pictures with Rohit Bal and also wrote a heartfelt note honoring her friend and favorite designer.

“Dear Gudda, I hear about your passing on my way to celebrate Diwali in your gorgeous creation that you generously lent to me for the second time. I’ve been blessed to have known you and worn you and walked for you multiple times. I hope you’re at peace. Always your biggest fan. @rohitbalofficial,” she wrote.

On the work front, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja was last seen in the 2023 movie Blind, which she filmed before her pregnancy. After the birth of her son, Vayu, with husband Anand Ahuja, she took a break from acting. However, in 2023, she mentioned her return for her next film, Battle of Bittora, based on Anuja Chauhan’s novel.
