Saba Azad has been a part of several influential projects, including Who’s Your Gynac and Songs On Paradise. The actor is now gearing up for her upcoming show Crime Beat alongside Saqib Saleem. In a recent interview, Saba opened up about her approach to selecting scripts, admitting that, as an actor, she often has to make the most of the opportunities that come her way.
Saba revealed that she has not always been flooded with work. “At this point in life, beggars can’t be choosers. As an actor, I haven’t been bogged down with work so I pick the best because I have to put food on the table and I live and breathe acting. So, sometimes you do it for love and sometimes you do it for money, and sometimes just for some visibility. So, I wish I could get to pick and choose but it hasn’t been like that,” she told Hauterrfly.
A few days ago, Saba Azad responded to a troll who commented on her latest post regarding her relationship with Hrithik Roshan. The actor had shared the teaser for the second season of Who’s Your Gynac on Instagram when a social media user wrote: “I thought season 2 would never come, after all @sabazad Madam Ji is the official girlfriend of the Greek God. But now I am very excited for the next season.”
Not one to stay silent, Saba took to her Instagram Stories to address the remark. She wrote: “Ok Sumit ji, uncle ji!! Maybe in your world, when people fall in love, they become incapacitated, landlords stop asking for rent, and the need to put food on one’s own table magically evaporates!! Wah!!”
Saba and Hrithik Roshan began dating in 2022, making their first public appearance as a couple at Karan Johar’s 50th birthday party, where they arrived hand in hand. The couple celebrated three years of togetherness last October and often share heartfelt posts dedicated to each other.
Hrithik was previously married to interior designer Sussanne Khan. They tied the knot in December 2000 and later became parents to two sons – Hrehaan (born in 2006) and Hridhaan (born in 2008). The couple parted ways in 2014 but continue to co-parent their children amicably.
