Fatima Sana Shaikh has completed filming for Anurag Basu‘s highly anticipated movie ‘Metro… In Dino’. She shared behind-the-scenes photos on Instagram, reflecting on the two years spent on the project. The images include playful moments with Basu and recent wrap-up celebration photos, highlighting her enjoyable experience during production.
In one group photo shared by Fatima, she poses with Anurag and the ‘Metro… In Dino’ team, featuring a chocolate cake that reads “We love you Fatty.” Another candid moment captures Fatima with Basu, while one snapshot includes her alongside music composer Pritam and singers Papon and Raghav Chaitanya. An adorable picture shows her and Anurag at a restaurant, where Fatima flashes a peace sign and Basu wears a goofy expression. Another selfie reflects their Holi celebrations. A particularly playful image features Anurag twirling Fatima’s hair into a moustache, highlighting their fun dynamic.

‘Metro… In Dino’, directed by Anurag Basu, was officially announced in December 2022. This anthology film features an ensemble cast including Sara Ali Khan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Ali Fazal, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkona Sensharma, Neena Gupta, and Anupam Kher. Initially set for release on November 29, 2024, the film has been delayed, with the new release date now scheduled for September 13, 2024. Reports indicate that some scenes were reshot because the director was not satisfied with them.
