Taylor Swift‘s championship era is in its second consecutive season.
The 14-time Grammy Award-winning superstar returned to Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday to watch her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, and the rest of the Kansas City Chiefs play the Buffalo Bills for a spot in their third consecutive Super Bowl.
Swift walked down the tunnel to her usual suite about 90 minutes before kickoff. And while she was decked out in Chanel for the divisional round against Houston, she opted for a sleek black-and-gold Louis Vuitton look for the AFC title game, including a jacquard knit jacket that retails for $5,000 and a stocking cap with a list price of $830.
Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs led Kansas City to a 32-29 win over Josh Allen and the Bills in the AFC championship game on Sunday, eliminating Buffalo for the fourth time in five years. With this, the team is heading for a three-peat in a Super Bowl rematch. This time, Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles have Saquon Barkley.
During the nail-biting match, fans spotted Taylor looking tense as she cheered from the VIP box with the Kelce family and their close friends.
The singer, who has become a regular at the matches, was even seen celebrating the Chiefs’ lead.
Soon after their win, the singer was seen heading to the field with Kelce’s mom by her side. The two ladies were escorted to the front of the crowd as the players celebrated their big victory. The Chiefs (17-2) are 4-2 in the Super Bowl and making their fourth appearance in five years.
After taking to the stage to celebrate with his team, Travis was spotted heading over to Taylor. While the singer affectionately held his face and congratulated him, the two did not share a kiss and didn’t even hug, leaving fans rather disappointed.
The lovebirds were later seen leaving the field arm-in-arm, amidst hoots and cheers from adoring fans.
Taylor began her high-profile romance with Kelce last season, when he invited the “Anti-Hero” singer to watch him in a September matchup with the Bears. And their relationship only seemed to blossom into the new year, with Swift eventually locking lips with Kelce on the field.
The Chiefs, who were playing in the AFC championship game for the seventh consecutive season, were trying to become the fourth team in NFL history to reach at least three straight Super Bowls – and the first to win three in a row.
