Days after Saif Ali Khan’s unfortunate stabbing incident, the actor is steadily recovering. His family, including wife Kareena Kapoor, has been closely monitoring his health and providing unwavering support. In a heartwarming moment, Saif’s young sons, Jeh and Taimur, visited their father at the hospital for the first time since the incident. This would be the first time for Jeh in the hospital, but Taimur was present with Saif when he reached the hospital after the attack, along with a caretaker.
In fact a while back, Saif’s mother, legendary actor Sharmila Tagore was also spotted at the hospital. She was seen wearing a beige salwar kurta and had covered her face with a mask.Sunday morning has brought some relief for Saif, as his attacker Shariful Islam has been nabbed from Thane for a 70 hour man-hunt.
It is going to be a while before Saif Ali Khan would be discharged from the hospital, and it will take a while before he can get back to his shooting. He has Siddharth Anand’s Jewel Thief in the pipeline, with Jaideep Ahlawat and Sonu Sood. He is also supposed to be part of Devara part 2 with NTR Jr, Janhvi Kapoor and Bobby Deol.
As per reports, Saif has claimed a medical bill of nearly RS 36 lakh of which the insurance company had sanctioned Rs 25 lakh.
