Another Hollywood romance has come to an end. Actor Austin Butler and model Kaia Gerber, have reportedly split after three years together.
According to the latest reports, the couple parted ways rather privately “around the end of 2024,” people in the knowing told TMZ. Unlike other splits, this one had no drama involved.
“The relationship just simply ran its course,” an insider told TMZ.Gerber, 22, and Butler, 32, were last seen together in October 2024, marking the end of their low-profile but closely watched romance. The pair first sparked dating rumours in December 2021 and maintained a discreet relationship, choosing not to share details publicly.
In a February 2024 interview with WSJ Magazine, Gerber emphasised the importance of privacy in her relationship with Butler. “Honestly, I feel like so few things in my life are private, and that is one of the things that I try to keep as sacred as possible,” she said.
Butler echoed a similar sentiment back in May 2022 when GQ asked about Gerber. He told the magazine, “I don’t think there’s anything I want to share about that. But thank you for providing the space.”
While private about their personal lives, the couple never shied away from public displays of affection during their many red-carpet appearances. They notably shared a kiss at the Cannes Film Festival screening of Elvis and made their red carpet-debut at the 2022 Met Gala.
