Despite the challenges, Sidhu always believed in Kapil’s ability to bounce back and entertain.
In an interview on The Grain Talk Show YouTube channel, Sidhu opened up about Kapil’s tough phase, recalling how people doubted his future in comedy. Sidhu emphasized Kapil’s unique talent, defending him by saying, “You don’t have a genius like him. Talent does what it can, genius does what he must.”

Sidhu also shared his wish to reunite with the original The Kapil Sharma Show cast, including Ali Asgar and Sunil Grover, known for their iconic characters. He mentioned recently meeting Sunil, who played “Gutthi,” and praised him as another comedic genius, fondly reminiscing about their time together on the show.
